New Cultivars - For Inspired Planting

Lavendula stoechas'Liberty'

Lavendula stoechas 'Liberty'

Another new variety bred by Downderry Nurseries, the Lavender specialists, 'Liberty' is a hybrid of Lavandula stoechas subsp. 'Stoechas' and Lavandula stoechas, subsp. 'Kew Red'.

Its name was chosen to reflect its free-flowing habit, its height and spread reaching 40 cm (15"). Flowering from May to October, 'Liberty's lush pale green foliage make it a perfect patio plant.

Growing Conditions
Ideal for pots with well-drained soil. Will tolerate temperatures above -5°C.
